Renko bar type on BTCUSD is blank

Hi,

When instrument is BTCUSD and bar type is Renko then char is blank but when bar type is 5 Minute then chart is displayed.
would you please tell what setting should be for Renko and BTCUSD ?

Thank you for your note.

I would first limit the number of days to load to no more than 3 days due to being a tick based bar type.

Also, to test does the same behavior occur when using a higher value for the Renko bars such as 12 or higher?

You may also test by only loading 1 day worth of data as well.

Thank you for your post.

I was able to test further and this is due to the volatility of Bitcoin.

I would recommend using an even higher interval for the Renko bars such as 500.

This is due to the volume and how quickly BTCUSD is traded as the price moves about 50-500 ticks every second and this coupled with a lower value for Renko bars would result in a very long load time.
