Cannot delete historical signals of drawing objects
If I want to add a new alert I see in the following screen ( conditions for alert) hundreds of drawing object signals that I cannot delete.
I watched the NT8 help guide and the forum but cannot find any solution.

Hello marcus2300,
When you mention drawing objects cannot be deleted, may I confirm you are selecting the drawn object in the Drawing Objects window?
After selecting an object are you clicking the remove button below?
Is an error appearing when clicking the remove button?
Does the drawing object remain after selecting the drawn object and clicking remove in the Drawing Objects window?

Yes, I am selecting the drawn object in the Drawing Objects window. I select about 100 signals and want to delete them. For each line, so 100 times, the following popup appears and has to be confirmed:
After I did that job they disappear. But a short time later they are all again appearing, even alerst from weeks ago. The alerts are generated by an indicator I downloaded from Ninja Trader Ecosystem: PriceAlertNT8.

Hello marcus2300,
If the drawn objects are not being drawn by the Alerts window and are instead being drawn by an indicator, you will need to remove the indicator from the chart and this will automatically remove all objects drawn by the indicator.
Drawing objects that are drawn from the Alerts window as an action, can be removed in the Drawing Objects window.
With an indicator, the indicator code itself would need to remove the drawn objects with RemoveDrawObject() or set AllowRemovalOfDrawObjects to true.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service

The indicator was created by NinjaTrader-_PatrickH. This indicator works much better than the horizontal lines with alerts that are available in NT
Would it be possible to remove the part that generates the 100's of drawing objects as shown in my screenshot? That would help me alot. I watched the code but have no clue what to change.

Hello marcus2300,
The PriceAlert indicator is a conversion from the NinjaTrader 7 script. This creates one horizontal line with the tag "TriggerLine" and new drawing objects are not created. The drawing objects you have listed use a different tag, so they would be drawn by another script.
I may suggest clicking on one of the drawing objects in question and pressing Delete to confirm which script is actually drawing these objects. You may then ask the developer if they can implement Chelsea's recommendations to use RemoveDrawObject() or set AllowRemovalOfDrawObjects.
Attached is a screenshot showing the drawing object listed from PriceAlertNT8.
We look forward to being of further assistance.JimNinjaTrader Customer Service

Hi Jim,
reading your comments was helpful. I found the cause of the problem; it is another indicator.
Thanks!
