Glad to assist. I suggest running the below, publicly available Fix It utility by Microsoft. This program is able to look into many Windows items that may be stopping the installation, first use it to Uninstall NinjaTrader.

Then, Once these steps are completed, download and install NinjaTrader from the link below using our simulation license key (make sure NinjaTrader is closed).

Hi All,

Hope to receive some feedbacks on how I could get this application working. I am currently receiving a pop up dialog box of Window Installer after the downloading the NinjaTrader Installer and nothing else happens.

No programs to be seen anywhere neither on desktop nor C drive folders.

Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
