    Bars appearing in black color on the chart.

    Hello,
    I'm a NT 7 user and trying to update to NT8. I'm having trouble with the chart display in NT8(8.0.17). Some of the candle stick bars have a black paint color. When I move the chart the black color goes away from the bars it was on but then it gets attached to other bars. It looks like something like a mask effect when I'm moving the chart. I have no indicators or anything attached on the chart. It's a plain 15 min chart. It's hard to explain with whats going on.. So I'm attaching screenshots.

    Are there multiple data series showing in the Data series window for this chart?

    Are there any indicators in the configured area of the Indicators window with the label erased?

    Does this happen to a new chart with no template applied?

    If not, please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com so that we may request files and possibly schedule a call to observe.

      I also have this issue on new charts w/a newly installed NT 8. Why are the candles black? How can I fix this?

        Please answer the following questions so we may investigate this matter further.
        • Are there multiple data series showing in the Data series window for this chart?
        • Are there any indicators in the configured area of the Indicators window with the label erased?
        • Does this happen to a new chart with no template applied?
        If not, please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com with 'ATTN: Patrick H - 2075062' in the subject line so that we may request files and possibly schedule a call to observe this behavior.

          Only one data series is attached to this chart. (See the attachment)

          No indicators are added in the configured area, or any indicators with the label 'erased' in the library(See the attachment)

          This is happening to a new chart with no template applied.
