Thank you for the post.

I see that you are using the Managed Approach and the Enter methods. In the case that you had a reversed a position, that would create the Close Position tag as you have shown.

The Reversal happens in two steps, a close position for the existing position to become flat and then an entry into the opposite direction. You can see this occuring with the SampleMACrossOver strategy that comes with the platform as it reverses in this way.
