Recently, I had similar issues with slow loading of Chrome browser in Windows 10 environment, so I started digging. I thought it was another Microsoft conspiracy. However, It appears many programs have compatibility issues with Win 10.
Here is what fixed my issues:
Fix: Do a compatibility trouble shooting.
In Windows 10 go to Control Panel > Programs> Programs and Features> Run Programs made for previous versions of Windows and click. Follow the prompt in pop up windows and click next.
A list of programs having compatibility issues will appear. Find Ninja on the drop down list ( or any other program that you are having slow or no loading issues) and click, then follow the rest of the prompts. That is it.
Chrome on my computer runs fast again. So I did the same for NT7 and believe or not even Ninja loads faster and loading charts when switching time frames is also faster.
Cheers!
