Dierk, it is an L1 data problem, on futures for me.
(I do not subscribe to L2).

And, yes, I have been using that IQ Client 4303 for some time now.
The only change was NT 6.5 from beta 10 to release version.

Guys,

If you experience, that you no longer can get L2 data on the DOM for IQFeed do this:
- please make sure you have the right version the IQFeed client installed as per here: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_IQFeed.htm
- please verify, that there is no L2 data coming in even on File->New->L2 window
- if issue persists: Please mail traces and logs by Help->Mail to support, subject "for Dierk", and refer to this thread

Same Problem As Lost Trader

I am having the EXACT same problem as Lost Trader. I upgraded to the 6.5 release and the very same thing is happening with me. No data in the price ladder, but I can enter trades using the Market button. It doesn't show anything in the price ladder, but the order does get placed. I'll be looking to see what the solution to this is. I like Ninja Trader, but I've had a couple of these software bug problems. I use IQ Feed as well and I don't think this is an IQ Feed problem; I was using Ninja Trader, upgraded and as soon as I restarted it, the price ladder was blank. It hasn't worked since then.

Will clarify but I believe IQFeed changed to support L2 for futures but likely you are not receiving this data but the connection says that it does which is why you no longer see the data. Will have clarification on this by tomorrow AM.

I had Level 1 quotes on the SuperDOM last week with NT 6.5 beta 10.
Now with NT v6.5 offical release, the DOM is BLANK - no quotes.
IQFeed has NOT changed. NT did.

I am NOT looking for Level 2 data, just Level 1 and it is now missing on the DOM.

IQFeed is about to roll support for Level II feed for future contracts. This did not work as of yet. Most likely, you are experiencing this. I suggest to contact IQFeed for more information.

Not true - at least not before. I always got at least Bid, Ask, & Last with quantities, and could use the DOM for sim order entry, even without Level II

Now the DOM is BLANK

Can you please verify your IQFeed subscription has a Level II subscription. Without this you can't receive data in the SuperDOM while being connected to IQFeed.

No price ladder on DOM - tried both static & dynamic, different instruments.
