    Account Balance incorrect - not showing deposited funds

    Hi,

    I'm using NinjaTrader Brokerage and I did not receive my statements for 31 Jul and 1 Aug.

    I had also deposited funds on 31 Jul, however, when i'm connected to Continuum, i do not see my account balance updated with my deposited funds.

    I had emailed Ninjatrader Brokerage Support a few hours ago but have not gotten any response.

    Please can you advise on next steps?

    Thanks for your post.

    Please check your spam folder to ensure the reply did not get blocked.

    Below I have also provided a link to the contacts page for the brokerage team so you can call them directly to verify your deposit is available.


    If they say it is available you may need to complete a trade for it to update.
