Please contact me by email at Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The trace file is located within the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder and would be named 'trace.20140801.txt'.

Actually, I have already the newest version installed. So the problem. Should be somewhere different.

Please open NinjaTrader's Help > About menu to see which version of the software you are using. If you are using any version other than 7.0.1000.25 please shut down and update via this link: http://ninjatrader.com/download-registration.php

After updating, please try the connection again.
