Does NinjaTrader have these capabilities?

I am clueless right now on how to build a system, even in the wizard. Before I even bother I need to know if NT can do the following.

1. Place new trades based on the performance of a past trade.

2. I know I can tell the system when to trade as a whole. Can I tell it to make only certain types of trades after a certain time? I'm building a SAR system and would it to not enter any trades after 2 PM GMT once my TP is hit. If my SL is hit I do want it to continue trading after 2 PM GMT though. Can NT handle that? These trades are all based on the same system; not two systems running at once.


Anyone willing to build my system for me? It's a very simple idea, but I haven't the slightest clue on where to begin.

Based on your description below: yes, you can do that with NT.

As a relatively new user myself, it can confidently say NT that can definitely do what you are after, perhaps even from the strategy wizard.

There's shockingly few shared strategies compared to indicators, (perhaps because once you get the hang of the strategy wizard, its fairly easy to make your own) so you'll have to play around with it, but in my experience the NT guys are usually more than happy to help with any minor roadblocks you may encounter (aside from teaching C#, which would be a very inefficient use of their time.)...

In the condition builder there are settings for realized and unrealized P/L, and also time so I doubt its too hard to create.
