Unable to load data in DOM

Hi, sorry but I am having some trouble with the SuperDOM

I am using the sim version and using data feed from Xenfire for futures.

Actually I have 2 problem.

1. I can load the data for the preset instruments. But I tried adding soybean to the default list of instruments and it will not load the data for it. I tried both static and dynamic DOM

2. Extra info: I am able to load the chart for soybean but again the problem is tht it wont update and I have to manually select other time frame to update the price.

The Zen-Fire data feed is no longer available and would not provide real-time data. Are you certain that this is the source which you are connected to? Please check the Control Center's lower left side for a green box which will read 'Connected - **name of your data provider**'.

You mentioned accessing a soybeans related symbol - which is it? For example, ZS. I also need to know what contract of the instrument you are requesting data for. (05-14, 06-14, ##-##, etc.)

Ahh right. sorry about that. I am new to trading.

My symbol is ZS 07-14. The contract is the July soybean contract.

Which version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Help > About)

If ZS 07-14 is selected in the Orders tab of the Control Center window, do you see updates to bid, ask and last price or is 'n/a' shown in these fields instead?

Can you send an email from within the software under Help--> Mail to support and make sure Logs and Traces are checked.
Refer to this post and put in the subject header 'For Vince'.

Thanks for sending the email, I've already replied to it.

According to the log your account is not enabled for Live data for the ZS and you would need to contact your broker to have them enable this for you.
