No Account Info With Amp Futures

Ok ,

I have a question for the users fo Ninja Trader. I am currently with Amp futures, I called today to explain that under accounts tab, it never gives me any info on my current account status excet p/l for the day, never says whats in my account etc money wise. They said its a direct connection and that i can call to check my account value. Is this seriously how all you guys trade. I mean you should know whts in your account but this seems a tad odd to me. I mean i should be able to know at any point in time waht my account value is right? I have been very unimpressed with amp since i signed up and if this is a amp issue they are really giving ninja trader a bad name. I love this software but since i went live, I got jerked around since teh get go. forst with the fake but live ninja version, now with no account values.

Hi Tim,

Most if not all futures brokers that utlize non-proprietary technology such as Patsystems, Zen-Fire, Trading Technologies etc... do not support account values nor even PnL. Zen-Fire is an exception with PnL.

I use AMP futures & have no problem viewing my current account level under the accounts tab......this updates automatically after each trade.

Account value in Zen-Fire is new with 6.5 (forgot about that) which we will release shortly. This was not supported in 6.0.

Correct. You should have it with NT6.5.
