eSignal Connection Errors

Hello Jason,
I work with charts that sometimes need 2500 days of 480minute & 240minute data.
I have sent the email sent using Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support, with "Log and trace file" selected.
Please let me know.

Hello Lucius,
We need to find the cause of the error in order to resolve it. Do you recall what steps you performed in NinjaTrader just before the error occurs? Could it be you add an indicator in a chart when the error happens?
Do you perhaps have a chart that requests a lot of historical data?
Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can further investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Att Jason, eSignal Connection Errors' in the subject header and enable 'Log and trace files'.

eSignal Connection Errors
Hello,
I occasionally receive multiple occurrences of this error in the NT Log:
"ESignal StandardAdapter. OnBar: Year, Month, and Day parameters describe an un-representable DateTime.
When it happens, it creates hundreds of errors in the log
I've attached a screen-scrape of the NT Log, and I'm using eSignal 10.6 downloaded from NT connection guides.
Can you please let me know what I can do to fix this.
