Cant download NT

Dont know what is the problem but when i try to download NT i get this message whatever the browser cleared cookies or not.

BTW whats going on with IB version 940 and below.
Can we use the last version of TWS just for charting? Will it work?

I have sent you a private message with a link to download NinjaTrader, please do not provide this link to additional parties. Please try the link and advise if you are still unable to download NinjaTrader.

For TWS, the currently supported version is 938.1. We are currently working with Interactive Brokers to provide a solution for a users to use another version of TWS. However, I am not aware of any issues with using TWS 940, however, it has not been fully tested on our end and would currently not be a supported version for NinjaTrader.
