I recently sent a number of my new members to sign up for NinjaTrader with MB trading.
They all encountered the same issue.
Despite registering at the Ninja download page with MBT as their broker and installing the latest NT as well as the correct version of MB Desktop Navigator (per connection guide), they do not have MB Trading as an option in the drop down when setting up their account.
They have to contact support/forum who ask for details and then tell them that the system is now OK.
It usually takes another 24 hours before MB Trading appears as an option.
What are we doing wrong?
