You can change the tick size by going to Tools > Instrument Manager, searching for the instrument, selecting it and clicking Edit. Then in the Instrument Editor window selecting Tick size, setting to 0.0001 and pressing OK.

You will then want to right click on the chart and select Reload All Historical Data.

USD/CHF - FXCM - charts look good

USD/CHF.COMP (Tenfore professional feed) - charts are useless

every symbol.....every possibly ccy pair that is available

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
