sentmail bool help

I'm trying to add a function for sending mail when there is a potential trade setup. The problem is that the script sending mail for (I guess) every 1 min, and I recive "tons" of emails. I need some help how to get this set to only send one mail only once every 30 mintues.

However, I am only good at stratgy wizard i looked at other ninjatrader forums and most say i need to use bool or something in that nature.

Can anyone help me how would i write this in ninjatrader.

where do i put 30 mintues reactive alert.

Unfortunately this would not be possible from the Strategy Wizard and will need to be coded by hand.

With this, SendMail will only run when myBool is set to true - after which it is set to false which will allow the mail to only be sent once.

is there a way for the alert be re-armed after 30 min automatically without me having to manualy intervin.

If you're running this strategy on a 30 minute time interval, you can use first tick of bar to reset.

if(FirstTickOfBar)

myBool = true;
}

If you're running it on any other interval, you would need to create a custom timer event to reset this bool every 30 minutes.
