Hi guys

I am sure you heard about this question so many time

but I am new to this site and to NT7, I am coming from Thinkorswim and there I was able to plot

the UVOL-DVOL on the screen as a chart.

is there any way at all to do this in NT7

not the UVOL and DVOL symbols.

I see. Who is your data provider? The symbol selection would be different depending.

If you need to plot the spread such as "UVOL - DVOL" of these there are some indicators in this forum for that.

Thank you for replying back

I am with Global Futures and they use CQG for data feed

I can get the UVOL symbol to draw on its own as well as the DVOL and TICK

but as I said they are independent and I dont know if I can do UVOL-DVOL

if there are indicators for that I would really really appreciate it if you could point me to

them as I am an old dog that can not be rained I am too used to this Indicator

There are two indicators that can plot something like this. You would just need to write the symbols in the correct fields when you put these indicators on your chart.

Uvol-dvol

elgaza not only was I able to create the chart you are looking for, but the data is streaming to me faster and the patterns are more quickly recognized in NT7. Just utilize the spreadchart indicator, load up uvol and in the indicator load up dvol and then minimize uvol and wam you have you chart.
