Questions about displaying the data

I've just started with NinjaTrader and i have a few questions, hope you can help me.

1. When I open a new chart with a data on it, for example GOOG, and I want to change this data I can't. I go to 'Data series', select another data I want to see, but when I want to remove GOOG I can't, it says 'The primary series on chart cannot be deleted'.

Any fast way or something to change the displayed data fastly?



2. I use many indicators, so I normally have 2 or more charts opened, with the same data but with diferent indicators. Is there any way that when I change the data in a chart, the others automatically do the same and change the data? I tried to link them with the 'L' displayed on top, but I couldn't.

Thank you for your post.

1. To change the symbol quickly within your chart for example if you have a AAPL chart open to switch to GOOG please left mouse click within your chart window and begin typing GOOG then hit Enter.

2. Charts, Order entry, Alerts, Time and Sales, News and Market Analyzer windows all have link buttons in the top right hand corner (L). Any window that is linked by color (each link button is set to the same color) will receive the same change of instrument request. That means that if you change, or select, an instrument in one window, all other linked windows will also change to that instrument.

Please let me know occurs when the same color is selected from the Link drop down menu.
