Kinetick Basic Service
CME Exchange Fee
Delayed NYMEX Exchange Fee
NYSE Non-Pro Exchange Fee
Please let know if got what is required to use the static dom.

Thanks for getting back to us.

Does your Kinetick account include a subscription for Level II data? (Level II data is required for the DOM to populate with data in this case)

Can you please close the current SuperDOM and open a new one at Control Center-->File-->New. Check if you now receive data.

Good Morning! I am using NT 7.0.1000.9 simulation only version with Kinetick real time connection and my static Dom is blank but my charts are working. This happen regardless of the instrument which I select from the default list. See the attached picture.
