If it's a corrupt data/data reformatting issue, this guy might be able to help:

    Hello kevinhenjum,
To investigate the issue further, please send me an E-Mail at support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com furnishing me the following detail:

Your log and trace files. You can find the same at <Documents>\NinjaTrader 7\trace\ and <Documents>\NinjaTrader 7\trace\ folder. Look for the files with the relevant dates.

I look forward to assist you further.

    Neeed help fixing corrupt data

I am having 2 problems. I have not been able to pull up a ^DJIA chart in over a year. It just comes up with a blank screen with an occassional error data message. Also, on the stock STX, I get no level 2 trade info on the chart trader and don't get an up to date chart unless I refresh the screen. I get level 2 info on all other stocks. It suspect it is just corrupt data, but how do I fix it? Can I delete the specific files and re-load them? I have deleted and re-loaded the entire Ninja platform, but it still does it. I am assuming it saved the data and re-installed on the new platform which is why it didn't fix it. Any help appreciated.
