Chart is stuck on 1min and is blank

Hi

I have saved a workspace with a Chart set to Daily Timeframe with some indicators. I transfer this workspace to another computer with the indicators.

When I open the workspace on another computer I see the chart is blank and the timeframe is set to 1min.(see below)

I can not seem to be able to toggle the time frame back to Daily (drop down list does not work) and the chart stays blank?

Why would this happen?

Workaround is to open a new chart and customize it to my settings.. Once I save it is fine but the problem seems to be transferring the workspace to another computer?

Any ideas?

Hello,

Are you receiving any errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? This would typically be listed in yellow.

Are you connected to your data feed as you are loading this? What happens if you disconnect from the data feed and load the workspace?
