data missing from range bar chart

Please right mouse click within your chart and select "Reload all historical data".

The data provider is ZenFire. The range bar gap shows up in ES. Oddly the 6e contract does not show the range bar gap. The gap is present either in live connect or replay.

Can you me what data provider you are connected to within NinjaTrader. Also can you tell me what instrument you are viewing and does this occur with all instruments?

I copied 2 October 2011 thru 10 November to the data folder of another NT7 computer. Although one minute charts are fully populated on the second computer, a 4 bar range change can't access October 11 thruo october 31 - when sliding the horizontal bar. dates and data skip from November 1 backward to Oct 11.

This does not happen on the data in the originating machine.
I re-copied the data twice just in case there was a corruption.
What went wrong? Why is Range bar chart missing data but not minute intervals?
