Sorry, after I posted that, I thought that I should have included this link.

I didn't see Oanda in the data feed selection. Are you sure?

    Hello Louis Friedman,

Unfortunately not. Oanda is not a supported broker. We support the following forex brokers.

    - FXCM
    - Interactive Brokers
    - MBTrading
    - Gain Capital

    Oanda data feed for charting

After the Forex meltdown due to the SNB, Oanda is on of the few retail brokers left. Unfortunately the are way behind with their charting and order entry software compared to Ninjatrader ("I'd rather eat dirt than trade with MT4" reg TM). Is there a work around to at least use my NT charting on the Oanda data feed even if I can't connect for order entry?

Please integrate Oanda support as a forex broker.
We would be numerous to welcome this with applauses.

Also you would open up to autotrade signals companies like www.currensee.com which amongst the dozens of forex brokers they support, chose Oanda as their most prefered choice... there must be a reason.
This would stand out above the old MetaTrader4 alternative there.

    Please consider it.

    Hello svuhmed,

    Thank you for your post.

Your understanding of the Forex Brokers is correct.

However, if I may add, PFG offers their service to many brokers, so most brokers that use PFG should be able to connect to NinjaTrader without any issues.

Also, I advise you see the following post regarding NinjaTrader partnering with FXCM.

    oanda

I second the request to add oanda as a broker.

For those of us in the UK and (other places that tax free spread betting is available) connections with spread betting companies would be nice too.

On a similar line - is there an up to date list of forex broker partners that work with NT. A separate list on your partners' page of those that provide forex trading would be nice.

    My understanding is the following

    - interactive brokers
    - mb trading
    - forex.com (still a partner?)
    - pfg
    - tradepro

are these correct?. are there any others?

what lot sizes do thje different brokers use

again, what I think is correct

    - interactive brokers (25k)
    - mb trading (10k)
    - forex.com ?
    - pfg ?
    - tradepro ?

    tderrrick,

We are always adding new broker partners but unfortunately I'm not sure if our Engineers have been in contact with Oanda specifically to support NinjaTrader.
