Error retreiving data from IB

Hi,

When I open a chart on Ninja for FP (Total) or other stocks under the SBF exchange I receive this error: "Error on loading chart data for 'FP Default': Historical Market Data Service error message:No market data permissions for BATEEN, FWB, IBIS, SWB, TRQXEN STK". I also have a subscription for Madrid Stock exchange and it doesn't give any problem.

From IB they say that I'm getting data from SMART instead of SBF but in the Definition Tab only Default and SBF are checked on the Exchange list.

THe point is that I receive real-time data

Hello guillembm,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager and remove the FP instrument from your instrument list.

Highlight the FP instrument in the 'Available master instruments' section. Set 'Exchange' to Sbf and click the arrow pointing to the left so it is added to your instrument list again.
Subsequently, create a brand new FP chart by selecting it from your instrument list in the Data Series menu.

If this will not work, please type "FP SBF" in an existing chart and check if it loads historical data.
