Blank charts

Hi,

I am totally new to Ninjatrader and am a complete noob. I am trying to load data for charts but I only get a blank diagram. I have tried to search the forums and following the tutorials but I can't get it to work.

I have tried loading data from Kinetick, Yahoo and Google. What am I doing wrong?

With the free End of Day connections, please make sure you are loading EOD intervals such as daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Intraday intervals such as minute or tick will require a real-time subscription to a supported data feed.

If you see further issues, Please try setting your Daily charts to the Default 24/7 session template.

• Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
• In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.

Problem solved! Many thanks. Problem was i didn't select the EOD interval.
