In order to resolve, you will need to repair your database if this is happening with your live account. If this is occurring in your Sim account you will need to reset the sim account.
To repair your database- Via the NinjaTrader Control Center --> Tools --> Options --> Misc tab, then click the 'repair DB' button.
To reset your Sim account- Via the NinjaTrader Control Center --> Tools --> Options --> Simulator tab, click the 'reset...' button
