MBTrader not listed in provider pull down

Wow, so NinjaTrader Support is on top of it. I got an emails back from Brett at NT within a minute.

I'm not even a paying customer yet, and already I received better service from NT then most of my paid accounts. Just wanted to give a shout out where a shout out is deserved.

Solution:
So my problem was I had received an NT license key from another broker for a demo account, that's why MBTrading didn't show up in the provider pulldown. (vendor lock in ) Brett from NT support sent me a new key and bam! there was MBTrading.

Second issue, close the MBT Navigator before you try to connect with NinjaTrader. Maybe this is obvious to everybody else, but it wasn't to me. You can't be connected to both at the same time.

Great to hear this is resolved for you - correct, please don't open a standalone Navigator...let NT connect and open a Navigator window for you (option in account connections setup).
