NT 6.5 ......Can't load any currency charts

I am having difficulty loading currency charts. I have no problems loading a CL, GC, ES, YM chart....but when I try loading an 6E or 6J chart NT crashes. I have have checked to make sure I have the current contract, I have tried loading an 6E or 6J first when I open NT. I had no problems this morinng with the currency charts. Any suggestions???????

Hello,

Did you check your log tab for errors? Does your provider support these instruments?
I'm not sure what the issue is.
Try these things, and if it still does not work, send us (or your provider) your connnection information to test it:
Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.

• Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
• From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
• Select the "Misc" tab
• Press the "Repair DB" button
• Press the "OK" button

Please delete your historical data for this instrument with the instructions provided below:

• Select the Tools menu
• Select the "Historical Data" menu item
• Select "Delete" menu item
• Delete the applicable data

Once the data has been deleted open a new chart and let us know if the data backfills correctly.
