MBt data feed not working.

Hello, just opened a Demo account on MBt and been playing with NT since 1pm - 9pm pst. ( very exciting haha)

For some reason only ES YM data feed works and everything else does nothing.

Just got off customer service with Mbt and we tested the feed on the Mbt navigator, everything was feeding correctly so he advised me to contact you guys.

Anything we can do?

EDIT:Forgot to mention that NT version 6.5.1000.14 and MBT version 11.3.0.5.

Can you please install MBT Navigator version 11.3.0.4 as per the MBTrading connection guide below.

Check if this will make a difference.

If not, what other instruments do you select that do not receive data?

Tried the MBt setup guide already, and made sure the right versions are installed.

Well so far only ES works, YM and FDAX shows a price but doesn't feed or move, and everything else just shows an N/A on everything.

Tried bringing up charts to see any movement but nothing at all.

EDIT: sorry miss type from my previous post, MBt version is 11.3.0.4

Hello Paul,

It seems your MBTrading demo account is only setup for futures data. I suggest to verify this with MBTrading.

If this is not the case, please send me an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, including your MBTrading login credentails. Please reference this forum thread and put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header.
