Commisions too High

I have tried to have the commissions automatically be calculated into the profits while trading. This shows up under the Control Center Strategy as realized profit. Meaning as my strategy is running and a trade is closed the realized profit column will include a commision charge.
I entered the commission($8per contract) under the commission tab in the Options menu, I usee the simulator futures selection. However for a two contract trade it is using $40, not $16, and does so whether I change that value or not.
Is There another location for the commission info?
How do I correct this?
I ve looked at the help menus without finding a resolution.
Not a serious problem but quite a nuisance.

Thank you for the post.

The commissions are calculated in two locations. One is global at the Tools-->Options-->Commission. Then find the Futures-Simulator and set the price as 8.00 minimum. Please see the following link for more information.

However, if you have defined instrument level commissions those will be the ones that are used. Please see the following link dedicated instrument commissions.
