Range chart

Thank you for your post.

Range charts are built with tick data.

1.) Make sure your data provider supports tick data: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...ricalData.html

2.) Also, try minimizing the amount of historical data you are requesting in the Format Data series window. Try just 50 bars back or less.

This worked fine.

Hello

I am trying to open a range chart from a normal time chart.

When I do so, a dialog box opens saying the chart is loading. It never does though.

How do I solve this?
