nothing is working .....drawing tools dont work and can not trade from the chart .

Hi, please go to Tools > Options > Misc and Reset your instruments. Then bring up the chart again, if you see gaps present, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload Historical Data'. If this does not help you, please me a note to support at ninjatrader dot com Attn Bertrand and we take it from there. Thanks!

this is wat happens when i place a market order ......yes i am fully connected and i got the symbol from tools>instrument manager.
i have reinstalled my operating system so it was a completely new ninja installation.

Are you successfully connected to your broker / datafeed?
Do you get data for the 6J in the basic entry section of the Control Center?
Did you delete the NinjaTrader 6.5 folder under MyDocuments as you were doing your NinjaTrader reinstall?

i have rebooted my pc and reinstaled ninjatrader and still having a problem with 6J 06-09 ....data does not update and no buy sell option when i right click

Are you getting data successfully now for the 6A 06-09? Can you please try going to MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 6.5\workspaces and deleting your workspaces xml files in this folder? Then restart NinjaTrader and see if this solves the issue. Thanks!
