I believe the issue is because my Vendor name has two capital letters. Everything works fine within Building inspection Perth.
I had a customer that I could not enable because of this. Now that I upgraded my personal development computer, I also need to reenter this information on my own computer as well... but I can't.
Is there a way to manually enter information into an XML file? Is there some other way around this?Last edited by Joeteryse; 03-29-2025, 12:50 PM.

Thank you for your post.
Support for the 3rd Party Licensing "User Defined IDs" is no longer available in NinjaTrader 7. If you need further details or information please write to us at vendorsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

I am the developer of the indicator/add-on. I've been developing and selling NinjaTrader indicators for over 12 years. So, now I simply cannot update my customer's licenses when they bought a lifetime license from me. Ah well.

Hello neoikon,
Thank you for your message.
NinjaTrader 7 is no longer receiving updates, so if there was a functionality that didn’t work previously, it won’t be addressed in NinjaTrader 7.
NinjaTrader 8 is our most recent version and continues to receive updates. Since the functionality works in NinjaTrader 8, it indicates that the issue was resolved in this version.- Moving forward, you can continue using NinjaTrader 8 for this to work properly.
For licensing or add-on-related queries specific to NinjaTrader 7, we recommend reaching out to the developer of the add-on for further assistance or clarification.- If you are the developer, then please reach out to the ScriptingSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com email directly for further help and information.
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with.
