No Charts, only lines visible

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue where the charts on NinjaTrader are no longer displaying properly. I'm using the latest version of the platform. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, as well as clearing the cache, but nothing has worked so far. The market data feed is functioning correctly, so that doesn’t seem to be the issue.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To clarify are you only getting 1 bar of data? If so can you tell me what data provider you are connecting to within NinjaTrader.

Exactly—I'm only seeing one bar, sometimes two at most. The data feed is coming from Interactive Brokers through TWS.

Currently Interactive Brokers does not provide historical tick data within NinjaTrader which is used to build Range bars therefore chart bars will only be built while connected. In order to receive historical tick data you would be required to connect to a provider that offers this data.

If you are looking for a data provider for real time and historical data I recommend using Kinetick: (Our Preferred Data Feed Service Built Specifically for NinjaTrader) which provides historical Tick, Minute and Daily data for Equities, Futures and Forex.
