IB Chart data problems or is it NT

Hi,
Please reset your instruments then remove and re-add the ZB 3-09.
To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, then click on 'Reset Instruments'.
From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Instrument Manager
Highlight the ZB on left side of the Instrument Manager window
Press the ">" button (the instrument will disappear from the list)
Press the "<" button and the instrument should re-appear with the front month expiration date.

Error Message I get is...
"Error on loading chart data for 'ZB 03-09 Globex': Error on loading chart data for 'ZB 03-09 Globex': The provider could not determine the Object value. For example..."

Please let me know what problems you're experiencing.
Are there errors in your log tab?
How many NinjaTrader windows (Charts, superDOM's) do you have open?
