    No more Level II Data

    Hello,

    Yesterday morning when I started NT 7 (build 43) it didn't launch automatically as it usually does, but instead I got a window asking me to create a new connection with username and password.
    I recreated my existing connection (CQG) and relaunched the program. Unfortunately since I did this I have no more Level II data (Eurex & CME).
    What happened?

    So that we may investigate further, please write us an email: Support[AT]Ninjatrader[DOT]com.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email:
    • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 7' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.

      Thanks for your reply.
      Closing the Static DOM and reopening it did the trick.
