We have received an update from CQG that they have rolled back changes made to their Demo servers that prevented NinjaTrader 7 users from connecting.
At this time you should be able to connect.
If you receive an error message that the Username and Password are incorrect your Demo has expired.
If you continue to receive an error message that states "Long failed: Unable to connect to the remote server" please follow the steps below:
- Open Internet Explorer 10
- In the upper right-hand corner of the browser, click the GEAR icon
- Select "Internet Options"
- Go to the Advanced Tab
- Scroll down till you see the "Security" section
- Uncheck TLS 1.1 and 1.2
- Click Apply
- Recheck TLS 1.1 and 1.2
- Click Apply
- Click OK
- Close Internet Explorer
- Test NinjaTrader 7 Demo Connection
