    jgomez6K you'll need to reach out to the developers of those add-ons to see if they have a version built for NinjaTrader 8. Workspaces do not migrate. These and many other common questions are answered in the migration guide and FAQ:

      Thanks for your answer Patrick. No, there are not versions built for Ninja Trader 8. They were build under the Ninja Trader 7 plattform and they were never updated.

      So, then I won´t be able to use them under the Ninja Trader 8 version.

        I checked on kinetick is very expensive as I only trade the futures markets (emini), If i open an account with a brokker the cqg datafeed will be around $11. do you have another alternative other than open an account with a ninjatrader broker.

          To receive data you will need to connect to an account with a supported broker or data provider. You can find a list of supported brokers and data providers for the NinjaTrader platform at the link below.



          Below I have provided a link to our site where you can request a free demo for futures and/or forex data.



          Please note that the exchange has limited demo requests to one every 365 days. If you have exceeded this limit you will not receive login credentials.

            Hello,

            Thank you for your patience.

            We have received an update from CQG that they have rolled back changes made to their Demo servers that prevented NinjaTrader 7 users from connecting.

            At this time you should be able to connect.

            If you receive an error message that the Username and Password are incorrect your Demo has expired.

            If you continue to receive an error message that states "Long failed: Unable to connect to the remote server" please follow the steps below:
            1. Open Internet Explorer 10
            2. In the upper right-hand corner of the browser, click the GEAR icon
            3. Select "Internet Options"
            4. Go to the Advanced Tab
            5. Scroll down till you see the "Security" section
            6. Uncheck TLS 1.1 and 1.2
            7. Click Apply
            8. Recheck TLS 1.1 and 1.2
            9. Click Apply
            10. Click OK
            11. Close Internet Explorer
            12. Test NinjaTrader 7 Demo Connection
