    To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

    Hi ShawnB,

    I am trying to download and Install the NT 38 while NT7 is not running as needed by NT7. After download and failed installed I checked the log and trace folder, no file was generated for either.

    started a topic NT7 will not Download

    NT7 will not Download

    Dear Support,

    Trying to download and update to NT7 version 38. The file setup.exe will download instead of NinjaTrader.Install....msi.

    If I try to install setup.exe I get Error 1001 on initializing the installation:

    "...The system can not find ...\bin\NinjaTrader.Installer.dll or one of its components"

    I am a long time user and I know NT. What is the issue?
