Unexpected Amounts

I have had a similar experience but with Ninja Script -- not ATM.
When my program ran, it came up with a big figure. There was no way that amount of money was on my account.

I do not know where that sum came from.

Could it be that you've accidentally under Advanced Options 'Reverse at Stop' have enabled?

It should not reverse by itself. Maybe you can send your log to support at ninjatrader dot com so we can take a look what exactly happened. Go to My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.20080919 for todays log.

I am running an ATM strategy in a short position, 8/8 target and stop limit, but the market went in the opposite position "long" and hit the stop. However when the market hit my profit target, even though I already was out ( because hit the stop two hours before), for my surprise, automatically was set-up an ATM Strategy with Reverse . I didn't plan that strategy and lost a lot of money. It happenned between 12 and 2 AM.

Did anybody have an experience like that? Is that really possible?
If yes, please, explain how.
