Cannot import a NinjaScript archive

I get a "duplicate assembly" error when I try to import an archive file to a computer than has never had this assembly before. I have no idea what the problem is. I have tried unzipping the archive and putting the CS and DLL file into the Custom folder and adding the reference... but I still get compile errors that say something like "an assembly with the same simple name...". The support thread I have already read and still doesn't work is here:

I am at a loss with what to do to get this archive imported. Can you please help? I will send the archive file to the support email and you should be able to try to install it there.
