Hello cachevery,

You would still need the SendMail() code inside of your Indicator/Strategy to send an email so you would not want to take that part out.

I believe you are looking to set either the email address or a message inside of your script from the properties menu. For this you would have to declare a User Defined Input Parameter for this.
