This is an indicator created by John Carter. Built a simple version of it that can be used with Strategy Builder.
It uses Bollinger Bands and Keltner Channel.
Grey Dots = Consolidation
Orange Dot = Break out point when the Bollinger bands break out of the Keltner.
Uses momentum smoothed out by an EMA to determine direction. You can easily adjust the settings to fit your needs.

-1 = Short Entry
