Good morning fellow traders. Normally I would never post an issue regarding a historical data provider, but in this case I feel compelled to do so. I ordered Metals and Energy Futures data a month ago from these guys paying $475 for the privilege. The data came incomplete, with changing session templates, all of which have still not been addressed by Backtestdata.com. I have experienced bad customer service before, but these guys are on a different level of incompetence/don't care much. I once waited four days for an email reply. Like everyone else out there, I have to be able to trust the data I use. They are cheap, and for a reason - the data and service are lamentable.
