I've emailed you the trace and UI files from today. I had open charts on the expiring ZN and GC contracts, and that send NT7 into a data-querry loop where a hard reboot was the only way out.
New information since my email is that it appears it was the ZN and GC charts only, not other instruments, and having the same contracts open in Market Analyzer didn't seem to cause any problems.
When changing those charts to the new front month, the data query loop started again on the expiring contract but this time pressing the "abort" button on the data query worked. For example, if I changed chart ZN 12-09 to 03-10, it would say it was downloading 12-09. If I hit abort, then the chart loaded with 03-10 data (or so it seems).
FWIW I tried this with both Zen and IQFeed connections.
